Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel or move an appointment, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or amendments including cancelling part of your treatment with less than 48 hours notice or unattended appointments, will result in the loss of your booking fee deposit. Where a deposit has not been taken and you have cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, you may be required to pay a 50% deposit for your next appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, however, cancelled appointments outside of 48 hours will not lose the deposit amount. Some appointments over the value of £50, or if you are new to us in the Hair & Beauty salon may be subject to a 50% booking fee.
